CANCELLATION/ NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that situations and life comes up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24hrs prior. After this time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply. If you fail to notify us you may be charged the full appointment fee.

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you require an adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment date so that we may schedule you to correct it free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Any issues reported after that 7 day period will not be immediately considered for a redo, but will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
