Thank you for choosing us as your new salon home! First things First, choose a stylist. After choosing the stylist you can reach out to us on Facebook messenger, call the salon, or go directly to our booking site. Any questions regarding appointment or services please do not hesitate to reach out to us. When using our online booking system, make sure you get an approval. You will get a confirmation text and a reminder text about your appointment within a week of your appointment date&time.

Cancellation/ no-show policy
We understand that situations and life comes up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know 24hrs prior. After this time, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply. If you fail to notify us you may be charged the full appointment fee.
Service Guarantee & Refund Policy
We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your hair. If you require an adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment date so that we may schedule you to correct it free of charge. This policy does not cover any situation where you may have changed your mind. Any issues reported after that 7 day period will not be immediately considered for a redo, but will be considered on a case by case basis. Refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.
